CONFERENCE AND TALK « Food in ten years: using market intelligence to identify opportunities »

As an extension of the innovation pathway developed for BÉNÉFIQ by the Créneaux d'excellence Aliments Santé, Agro Boréal and Acéricole in collaboration with InBe and INAF, we are offering you a free conference, followed by a discussion between scientists and industrialists to open the window on the development of concrete projects around the future of our food.

DESCRIPTION:
10:00 am to 11:00 am: lecture presented by Nicoletta Foti from INAF, Daniel Leblanc and Bastien Roy from InBe.

As part of an annual collaboration agreement, INAF and InBe will present the results of a Canada-wide survey conducted in September 2023 on consumers’ perceptions of how their food will evolve over the next ten years.

This presentation, offered in person or remotely, will address the perceptions, knowledge and concerns of Canadian consumers regarding various food issues of today and tomorrow. It will also set out their level of interest in, and acceptability of, a number of solutions linked to the food of the future, currently under development or still to come.

From 11:00 to 11:30 a.m., a discussion led by Renée Michaud and Ronan Corcuff will prompt participants to ask questions about the changes that will shape our eating habits in the years to come.

The event will also provide an opportunity to learn more about InBe’s expertise, and its partnership with INAF for the current year.

MODE :
– Face-to-face: INAF – Pavillon des Services, room 1724

BONUS: For face-to-face participants, we open the doors of INAF for a tour of the premises from 12:00 to 12:30.
