2024 registration: coming soon

We’ll be back shortly with the registration dates and program for the Aliment’Terre 2024 culinary camps.

This will be an exceptional year, as we celebrate our tenth anniversary!

Aliment’terre culinary camps

INAF’s Aliment’terre culinary camps are the only day camps offered by an institution of higher education to take such a comprehensive approach to cooking, food and the agri-food sector. A true adventure around the plate, the nutritional, cultural, environmental and sustainable food dimensions are all addressed thanks to the expertise of the members of our institute.

Accompanied by an experienced chef, young apprentice chefs are treated to a variety of activities, from vegetable gardening to cooking to a mini food processing plant. They also take advantage of the workshops to prepare their own lunches and snacks.

Our programming is renewed every year to enhance our range of activities and give youngsters a different experience every year.

BECOME
A 2024 PARTNER

The high quality of our activities and the diversity of recipes and products showcased at our culinary camps would not be possible without the participation of government and private institutions, as well as Quebec companies in the agri-food sector.

Interested in becoming a partner and helping our young apprentice chefs enrich their knowledge? Partnerships can take the form of financial donations, foodstuffs or services. By agreeing to support the Aliment’terre camps, INAF in return offers great visibility, notably through its various communication tools aimed at a wide network.
