Dr. Véronique Provencher’s research focuses on the psychological and behavioral factors related to food choices and intake, as well as food literacy and gender inequities in nutrition. Through her active involvement with the Observatory on the Quality of the Food Supply, she also explores issues related to the food environment. The goal of her research program is to develop new public health nutrition practices that promote healthy and sustainable eating habits among the general population.
