The research team of Laurent Bazinet works in the Laboratory of Food Processing and Electromembrane Processes on the study of electrodialytic phenomena and their impact on bio-food compounds, with the aim of designing, optimizing, and developing new techniques and innovative electrochemical technologies. Dr. Bazinet’s expertise includes the application of electromembrane processes to complex food systems, the physico-chemistry applied to food processing, membrane/molecule interactions, membrane fouling phenomena, and process engineering.
