Lifestyle information-seeking by university students on social media: a behavior prone to misinformation?

Social media are increasingly used as a source of health information, but their reliability is not guaranteed due to the widespread presence of misinformation. This study aims to analyze the relationship between university students’ lifestyle information-seeking behaviors on social media and their level of digital health literacy, in order to better understand how this dynamic may increase their exposure to misinformation.
