Assessment of the Quality of the Food Supply in Long-Term Care Facilities
Scientific poster created by Justine Chouinard, PhD student in Nutrition under the supervision of Anne-Sophie Morisset.
The diet of residents in long-term care facilities plays a crucial role in maintaining their health. The objective of this study is to assess the quality of the food offered, determine whether the residents’ nutritional needs are being met, and better contextualize the mealtime experience, the quality of the food supply, and the adequacy of nutritional intake.
