Expertises


Dr. Véronique Provencher’s research activities focus on psychological and behavioral factors related to food choices and dietary intake, as well as on the evaluation of the implementation and effectiveness of health promotion and disease prevention programs. Through her active involvement as scientific director of the Food Quality Observatory, she is also interested in issues related to the food environment. The goal of her research program is to develop new public health nutrition practices that promote healthy and sustainable eating habits within the population.
