Expertises
Multiple and chronic exposure to chemical contaminants raises many questions, particularly in the context of combating chronic diseases such as cancer and endocrine disorders. For many chemicals, diet is often the primary route of exposure. My research aims to (i) develop new analytical approaches for the analysis of contaminants (foodomics approach) and (ii) understand the fate of contaminants in food, from farm to table.
