Dr. Sophie Desroches’ research aims to identify knowledge transfer strategies in nutrition and promote their implementation in dietitians’ clinical practices in order to improve adherence to nutritional recommendations. Shared decision-making between dietitians and their patients, as well as the use of food-related blogs, are among the knowledge transfer strategies being studied by her team.
