Expertises


Mohammed Aider’s team is working on three research areas. Area 1 involves developing a platform for the recovery of residues from agri-food processes for human consumption. Area 2 focuses on developing a platform for basic and applied research aimed at understanding and utilizing cryotechnologies in the food sector to develop liquid foods with high nutritional value. Area 3 focuses on the development of active and biodegradable packaging for the safe preservation of food.
