The original scientific program of Lucie Beaulieu covers two main phases within an integrated approach aimed at valorizing marine biomass through bioprocessing and identifying natural, functional bioactive compounds. The objective of her research projects is to identify and molecularly characterize novel bioactive peptides, with the goal of enabling their application in diverse fields such as health, the environment, and agri-food systems.
