Her research program focuses on territorial food systems, with a particular emphasis on the Mauricie region. It is structured around five main axes:

1. Improving access to healthy food
   This axis focuses on food security, equity, and inclusion, incorporating decolonial and anti-racist perspectives.

2. Reducing the environmental impact of the food sector
   This includes reducing food waste, packaging, and greenhouse gas emissions, with the goal of lowering the ecological footprint of territorial food systems.

3. Supporting local economic development
   This axis promotes regional prosperity through local sourcing, as well as innovation in distribution and transport systems.

4. Supporting Indigenous food sovereignty
   It focuses on public policies and practices related to Indigenous food systems, recognizing Indigenous rights and knowledge in food resource management.

5. Governance of territorial food systems (TFS)
   This axis examines socio-ecological transitions, citizen participation, and system evaluation, emphasizing participatory and cross-sector governance.

Overall, her program aims to document the deployment of territorial food systems in Quebec and contribute to building a fair, sustainable and culturally inclusive food system that respects both communities and ecosystems.
