Christopher Rodrigue is a psychologist and a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ). He completed his Ph.D. in Psychology (Research and Intervention track) at Université Laval. He specializes in the assessment and treatment of eating disorders and body image concerns among adolescents and adults. During his training, he also developed expertise in the assessment and treatment of interpersonal and personality-related difficulties. His primary therapeutic approach is psychodynamic, aiming to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the individual in both the assessment of difficulties and the development of treatment goals.
At CEPIA, Christopher provides psychological assessment services, individual psychotherapy, and group psychotherapy (Dialectical Behavior Therapy Group for Binge Eating Disorder; DBT-BED).
In addition to his clinical practice, Christopher collaborates on research projects related to eating- and weight-related issues, with a particular focus on food addiction, binge eating disorder, and muscle dysmorphia.
