Benoît Lamarche’s research focuses on the impact of diet on cardiometabolic health and cardiovascular risk, from mechanistic, clinical, epidemiological, and population health perspectives. He has developed expertise in methodologies specific to randomized clinical trials in nutrition, nutritional epidemiology, and the development of dietary assessment tools.
