Pôle bioalimentaire’s annual Rendezvous Towards sustainable, intelligent food


The Pôle bioalimentaire invites you to the first edition of its Annual Rendezvous to explore the major issues and innovative solutions transforming today's and tomorrow's bioalimentary systems.

Summary:

Key themes, such as the circular economy, food transitions, artificial intelligence and managing challenges related to labor shortages, will be addressed and opened up to discussion tables between members of the research and community communities.

The aim of the day is to encourage the sharing of current knowledge, to develop new solutions to the issues at stake, and also to develop collaborations to make our food systems more sustainable, equitable and resilient.
