Organized as part of the Summer School of Université Laval’s Faculty of Nursing and in collaboration with INAF’s Pôle bioalimentaire, with financial support from the Fonds de recherche du Québec – secteur Nature et technologies (FRQ), this event, open to all, will give you the opportunity to take part in one or more days of in-depth training.

This event will take place over four days, with each half-day exploring a key theme:
Monday May 26
- Session #1 – Territorial food systems: Contributions and visions for 2035 (9am-12pm)
- Session #2 – Towards sustainable agriculture: levers, challenges and innovations (1-4pm)
Tuesday May 27:
- Session #3 – Challenges and structuring projects for the agri-food chain (9am to 12pm)
- Session #4 – SAT governance: strategies and actions (from 1 to 4 pm)
Wednesday May 28th
- Session #5 – Aboriginal food sovereignty (9am to 12pm)
- Session #6 – Food security, justice and equity (1-4pm)
Thursday, May 29th
- Session #7 – Environmental challenges and biodiversity: Towards a sustainable future for TSS (9am-12pm)
- Session #8 – GHG reduction and decarbonization of THS (1pm to 4pm)
The program will include sessions punctuated by lectures and workshops for discussion and co-creation. For more information, click here.
Rates (excluding applicable taxes) :
- Solidarity rate*: $35/day
- General rate: $85/day
