In partnership with INAF – Université Laval, STELA will be focusing this event on the future of milk, with a new generation of specialized students who will be shaping the future face of the field, by turning our knowledge into solutions and opportunities. Cutting-edge research in the dairy sector will also be presented. The colloquium is intended to provide an opportunity for privileged exchanges between the next generation of dairy farmers, researchers and players in the field.
