The 7th edition of our international gathering on ingredients and healthy foods will be held at the Port of Québec Cruise Terminal, on November 5 and 6, 2025.

Registration is due to open by the end of January 2025, with early-bird prices included. Under the overarching theme of “seizing the opportunities of sustainable food”, parallel sessions will highlight priority areas relating to the quality of the food offer, the personalization of nutrition, and consumer needs and behaviors. Workshops, conferences, an innovation fair and a showcase for up-and-coming students will all be on the agenda, along with new features designed to enhance cross-sector dialogue between all food industry players.
