BÉNÉFIQ 2025 : REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!


You can now register for the 7th edition of BÉNÉFIQ, the international Rendezvous for health food and ingredients, to be held on November 5 and 6, 2025 at the Port of Québec Cruise Terminal, Canada. This festive edition, which simultaneously marks the 15th anniversary of BÉNÉFIQ and the 25th anniversary of INAF, will highlight the strength of partnerships and future prospects at the opening and closing panels. Parallel sessions will be organized around three main themes, divided into three complementary sessions:   Food quality Contaminants in food: issues and strategies for guaranteeing their safety Nutritional quality of foods Complementarity and diversification of protein sources Personalizing nutrition Aging well and maintaining health at all ages: prospects and innovative approaches Harnessing the intestinal microbiota to design health-promoting foods and ingredients Brain, satiety and Ozempic: a new era in weight management, threat or opportunity? Consumer trends and behavior Food purchasing behavior: tensions, values and strategies Food communication: what solutions to misinformation? Food affordability: how to reduce economic inequalities? The Innovation Show will be back this year, with several new features. There will also be a Next Generation Show, featuring a number of activities throughout the program.
