Expertises


Dr. Samuel Godefroy’s areas of expertise include food risk analysis (as defined by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the World Health Organization), including risk assessment, risk management, and risk communication; food allergens, including detection, risk assessment, and risk management; chemical food contaminants; the development of food regulatory policies based on risk analysis principles; the development of food safety standards; the harmonization of food standards; and capacity building in food safety.
