Yvan Boutin’s research center specializes in particular in the development of analytical platforms that demonstrate the potential of naturally occurring molecules to modulate the immune system, among other things. This platform includes in vitro bioassays and in vivo (animal) models. Complementing this expertise are identification and quantification platforms in analytical chemistry and metabolomics, covering diverse fields such as inflammation and neuroscience.
