Expertises
One of Prof. Vincent’s objectives is to translate fundamental knowledge into concrete, applied solutions for the food industry. To achieve this, he adopts an approach at the interface between the living and the molecular to gain a comprehensive view of microbial evolution. Specializing in the use of high-throughput sequencing technologies, he also has solid expertise in bioinformatics. Among other things, he has collaborated on the development of several bioinformatics tools currently available to the scientific community.
