Expertises


Armelle Lorcy’s areas of expertise include the anthropology of food and health, qualitative methods, and participatory action research. In this context, she focuses on innovation and the multidimensional experience of change, including sensory and emotional dimensions. She is currently working on food systems with First Nations communities in Quebec.
