Janelle Marie-Ève

At TransBIOTech, Marie-Eve Janelle contributes to the development of various in vitro assays aimed at demonstrating the therapeutic potential of bioactive compounds.

Her work includes:

• Development of assays using primary human cells to validate the anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, and antimicrobial potential of molecules of interest.
• Development of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) to measure immune responses.
• Development of assays using viral vectors (lentivirus, AAV).
• Development of an in vitro model of the blood–brain barrier.
• Development of a pulmonary inflammatory model (3D organoids).
