Isabelle Arseneau is a clinical psychologist with a Doctorate in Psychology (D.Psy.) from Université Laval and has been a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ) since 2022. As part of her clinical training, she developed expertise in the assessment and treatment of eating and body image-related issues in adult populations. Her experience in university clinics, CLSCs, and trauma-specialized clinics has allowed her to acquire skills working with individuals presenting relational difficulties, emotion regulation challenges, trauma, as well as anxiety and mood disorders. She uses a psychodynamic clinical approach in her practice, aiming for a comprehensive understanding of the individual and their difficulties, while also integrating techniques from other therapeutic approaches as needed. She is committed to helping clients develop a deeper understanding of their psychological functioning and lived experiences.
