Expertises

Jacinthe Cloutier has consistently prioritized consumer well-being across all her projects. She developed expertise in personal finance during her graduate studies and is also deeply interested in measuring customer satisfaction. In recent years, she has further expanded her expertise in food waste, both at the consumer level and across the agri-food supply chain.
