As part of its international initiatives, the Pôle bioalimentaire has launched efforts to accelerate the transition toward sustainable and resilient food systems by drawing inspiration from best practices around the world. We invite you to explore this experience through a series of four free webinars presented by students who participated in the Pôle’s international missions.
Summary
This webinar will present key insights gathered from the field, as well as students’ personal experiences during the Pôle bioalimentaire mission to California, conducted in September 2025. The mission aimed to identify strategic opportunities for Quebec based on the technological innovations and organizational models observed in California, an ecosystem recognized for its leadership in food system transition and for strengthening supply chain competitiveness through digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI).
