Dr. Drapeau’s research focuses on eating behaviors related to weight management, the treatment and prevention of obesity, nutrition, and health education. Dr. Drapeau has conducted several clinical intervention projects on obesity. She is particularly interested in eating behaviors, appetite control, and weight concerns. She also conducts epidemiological research on the biological and behavioral aspects of night eating syndrome. Finally, she is also interested in dietary practices in sports and school settings. Dr. Drapeau is also a clinical dietitian/nutritionist and is the co-founder and coordinator of the Clinique Équilibre-Santé at Laval University (a clinic offering consultations on physical activity and nutrition).
