Call for Abstracts – AQIA SYMPOSIUM 2026

Are you a researcher, research professional, industry stakeholder, or student working in the field of food safety? 👉 AQIA is launching its call for abstracts!
You have until June 15, 2026 to submit an abstract, whether for a traditional scientific poster or an oral presentation.

Types of Presentations
For this edition, two presentation formats are offered:
- Traditional scientific poster, related to the themes of the scientific program
- 180-second oral presentation
Important Dates
- Abstract submission deadline: June 15, 2026
- Abstract acceptance notification: No later than July 22, 2026
- Deadline for submission of oral presentation materials: [date to be confirmed]
Student Awards
Only master’s and doctoral students are eligible for the student award competitions:
Traditional Scientific Poster Competition
- 1st prize: $500
- 2nd prize: $400
- Audience Favorite Award: $250
Oral Presentation Competition
- 1st prize: $500
- 2nd prize: $400
