As part of the ACFAS Congress, the symposium “Rethinking the Circular Economy for Sustainable Food Systems”, organized by the Pôle bioalimentaire, INAF, Université Laval, the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Nature and Technology (FRQNT), and EcoFoodLab, invites you to a unique event exploring the challenges and opportunities in reducing food loss and waste, as well as innovative solutions for a sustainable future in the biofood sector.
