As part of the ACFAS Congress, join us on May 12 for the symposium “Rethinking the Circular Economy for Sustainable Food Systems”, organized by the Pôle bioalimentaire, INAF, Université Laval, the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Nature and Technology (FRQNT), and EcoFoodLab. This unique event offers an opportunity to explore the challenges and perspectives related to reducing food loss and waste, as well as to discover innovative solutions for a sustainable future in the biofood sector.

This symposium will bring together experts, researchers, and key players from the biofood sector to discuss essential themes: waste reduction, coproduct valorization, and circular strategies for sustainable food systems.

IMPORTANT: Registration for the event takes place in two steps: first, you must purchase your ticket on the ACFAS website. Then, in a second step, you must select your preferences for the conference activities on the Conference website.

Whether you are a researcher, research professional, or student, you may submit posters and/or flash oral presentations. Only students will be eligible for the available awards.
