{"id":8349,"date":"2022-04-01T14:07:14","date_gmt":"2022-04-01T18:07:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.inaf.ulaval.ca\/?p=8349"},"modified":"2022-04-12T14:20:28","modified_gmt":"2022-04-12T18:20:28","slug":"la-science-une-bouchee-a-la-fois","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.inaf.ulaval.ca\/en\/actualites\/la-science-une-bouchee-a-la-fois\/","title":{"rendered":"La science, une bouch\u00e9e \u00e0 la fois !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019expertise des membres de l\u2019INAF s\u2019invite au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legrandmarchedequebec.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Grand March\u00e9 de Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong> <\/a>dans le cadre de d\u00eeners-conf\u00e9rences mensuels avec une th\u00e9matique saisonni\u00e8re, en partenariat avec ce dernier et <a href=\"https:\/\/myceliuminc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Myc\u00e9lium Inc.ubateur alimentaire<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La science, une bouch\u00e9e \u00e0 la fois<\/em><\/strong> est un concept \u00ab\u00a0manger et s\u2019instruire en 60 minutes\u00a0\u00bb qui marie les recherches scientifiques et les produits vendus par les marchands du march\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9s dans une bo\u00eete \u00e0 lunch th\u00e9matique.
