Am\u00e9lie Charest, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inaf.ulaval.ca\/en\/members\/nicoletta-foti\/\">Nicoletta Foti<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inaf.ulaval.ca\/en\/members\/elodie-boonefaes\/\">\u00c9lodie Boonefaes<\/a> will lead these workshops.<\/p>\n<p>Several dates are available for a winter period in Quebec City, but will also be repeated this summer in Montreal. 3 themes are available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Crumbly pasta<\/li>\n<li>Beaten pasta<\/li>\n<li>Leavened pasta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More information :<\/p>\n<p>Gluten-free, wheat-free, no-compromise workshops offer food processors and processors interaction with passionate professionals and experts to learn more about gluten-free alternatives.
