{"id":11254,"date":"2023-02-10T09:55:40","date_gmt":"2023-02-10T14:55:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.inaf.ulaval.ca\/?p=11254"},"modified":"2023-02-17T10:02:16","modified_gmt":"2023-02-17T15:02:16","slug":"developper-un-produit-alimentaire-ingredients-de-la-reussite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.inaf.ulaval.ca\/en\/actualites\/developper-un-produit-alimentaire-ingredients-de-la-reussite\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00e9velopper un produit alimentaire\u00a0: ingr\u00e9dients de la r\u00e9ussite"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Michel de Blois, professeur agr\u00e9g\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole de design de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Laval, Ronan Corcuff et Elodie Boonefaes, du Service de soutien \u00e0 l\u2019innovation, et leur collaborateur Ghislain Danyod, du Centre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en agriculture et agroalimentaire du Qu\u00e9bec (CRAAQ), ont mis en commun leurs connaissances et exp\u00e9riences en processus de design, innovation et alimentation pour d\u00e9velopper un Guide d\u2019accompagnement pour le conseil en transformation alimentaire intitul\u00e9 <em>D\u00e9velopper un produit alimentaire\u00a0: ingr\u00e9dients de la r\u00e9ussite<\/em> (copyright Universit\u00e9 Laval et CRAAQ, 2022).<\/p>\n<p>Ce guide est destin\u00e9 aux conseillers en transformation alimentaire, mais il est tout aussi pertinent pour les entreprises en d\u00e9marrage et TPME alimentaires afin d\u2019enrichir leur processus de r\u00e9flexion strat\u00e9gique. Il s\u2019appuie sur des concepts et outils reconnus ou d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour l\u2019occasion, et propose une d\u00e9marche structur\u00e9e \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rentes phases et \u00e9tapes afin d\u2019augmenter les chances de r\u00e9aliser avec succ\u00e8s un processus d\u2019innovation alimentaire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la commercialisation d\u2019un produit destin\u00e9 \u00e0 demeurer sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019organisation et la conception graphique du contenu, r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en collaboration avec J\u00e9r\u00f4me Lessard, Aur\u00e9lie Brissac et Audrey-Anne Brillant du programme de design graphique de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Laval, donnent \u00e0 ce guide une dimension pratique, utile et accessible.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet, qui a fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une formation le 7 d\u00e9cembre dernier et de pr\u00e9sentations \u00e0 des partenaires du milieu, a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un financement du Programme Services-conseils du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Agriculture, des P\u00eacheries et de l\u2019Alimentation, mis en \u0153uvre en vertu du Partenariat canadien pour l\u2019agriculture, selon une entente conclue entre les gouvernements du Canada et du Qu\u00e9bec.
