The FAST Summer School is an open to all complementary training program for students and professionals in the field of health foods. This 2.5 days training program offered in English gives participant the opportunity to acquire transversal competences. This year’s theme is “At the Crossroads of Food, Health and Technology"
This year, experts from different fields will offer workshops on various subjects revolving around health foods such as: food trends, legislation, consumers, food technologies, etc. Participants will also test their knowledge during case studies based on real industry challenges.
Registration includes participation to summer school and lunch for June 9-11. Participants are responsible for arranging their own lodging. A block of rooms will be available at Laval University's residences for 62$/night, double occupancy.
